Customer Bill of Rights
Thank you for trusting Massage On The Beach with your service. We are dedicated to ensuring you enjoy a safe, professional, and stress-free experience with us.

Our Code of Ethics

Massage On The Beach is committed to providing a safe and professional environment for all our clients. All our service providers are required to complete Massage On The Beach's Code of Ethics training, hold a valid state license, and pass a comprehensive background check, including criminal record and employment reference checks.
Our Code of Ethics is designed to protect you. We recognize that there have been instances of inappropriate conduct in the industry, which is why we have implemented numerous safeguards to protect both clients and service providers. If anything during your service feels uncomfortable or inappropriate, trust your instincts. You can speak with a friend, a neutral third party, or directly with your service provider if you feel comfortable. Alternatively, you may speak with the spa manager, supervisor, front desk staff, or request a different service provider. If your concerns are not addressed to your satisfaction, please contact us at office@massageonthebeach.com, and we will take immediate action to address the situation on your behalf.

Your Responsibilities
-
If you arrive late for your service, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, if no times or providers are available, your service duration may need to be adjusted.
-
We also expect ethical behavior from our clients. Your service will be immediately terminated if any inappropriate comments or behaviors occur.

Our Pledge of Customer Service

Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. If any inappropriate, abusive, or dangerous conduct occurs, we pledge to be fully transparent about all your options. We will work with you to contact the appropriate authorities or will contact them on your behalf, with your permission, to address the issue.

We take all complaints seriously and are committed to providing our full cooperation to achieve a fair and reasonable resolution. We will fully support any investigations conducted by the authorities. If an allegation of inappropriate conduct is made against a practitioner, the employee will be immediately suspended pending investigation.

Our Commitment to You

At Massage On The Beach, providing you with a safe, professional, and stress-free experience is our top priority. You have the right to control your experience, and you can expect the following from our services and service providers:
-
Communicate your preferences about your service to your provider.
-
Undress to your undergarments. Your service provider will always leave the room while you undress.
-
Adjust the service pressure according to your comfort. Let your provider know if you want more or less pressure.
-
Room temperature, lighting, and music volume can be adjusted to your preference.
-
If you feel more comfortable bringing a companion into the room during your service, please notify us in advance, and we will accommodate your request according to local regulations (a form or release may be required).

You Will Receive a Safe, Professional Service
-
Our service providers are required to maintain a professional relationship with you. If a provider engages in personal or inappropriate conversations, you can ask them to stop or speak with the manager.
-
Our providers do not work on the abdomen or breasts. Gluteal work is performed only upon express consent and over the sheet with proper draping. Inner thigh work is limited to half the length between the knee and groin, and chest work is limited to above one inch below the medial collarbone.
-
You will be properly draped at all times during your service.
