Important to Know

We take both walk-ins and appointments. Please call 818-927-1333 or

email office@massageonthebeach.com

Please arrive for your appointment 10 to 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows time for you to change and prepare for the service. All massages have a specific time schedule and on-time arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience.

Please provide at least 2-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. This is out of respect to the therapist who has planned their schedule around their appointments. It is also out of respect for fellow clients who are looking to schedule appointments and the schedule was full.

We aspire to tailor each visit to your needs and specifications, so if you have any requests or concerns, please contact us.

Cupping

For cupping therapy, it's important not to have it on broken skin, rashes, or infections. The sensation feels like a deep pull but shouldn't hurt—if it does, speak up. You might see temporary marks where the cups were, showing toxins and tension being released; these fade away. After your session, drink plenty of water and take it easy to boost the benefits. However, if you're pregnant, on blood thinners, or have certain health issues, cupping might not be for you. We'll make sure to go over any concerns before we start.
